Car wash consisting of 2 manual bays and 1 automatic bays which is touchless and has turbo nozzles, plus 2 double vacuums. The buildings were built with a concrete block foundation and a steel roof. There is a steel door on the equipment room and metal roll-up doors on each self serve and automatic bay, both in front and back. The concrete floors in each bay contain plastic tubing beneath the concrete which act as a delivery system for the anti-freeze which helps to keep ice from forming on the floors in the winter. There is a heated concrete apron in front and back of the automatic bay (10-15 ft) and a heated apron in front and back of each manual bay (3-4 ft). Includes security system with 8 cameras.
