One issue that will need to be addressed by the buyer, is an issue with the duct in the crawl. The seller was told that it is unattached. Therefore, the heat and central air conditioning cannot currently be run or tested, however both work according to the seller. The seller did not obtain any permits, and if the township calls for them it will be the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy this (where required). The front of the home has some nice landscaping and a patio area. The rear yard is level, has a patio, and is fenced in. The grill in the backyard does not work.
